Got an old car lying around in the driveway? Want to make a significant contribution to the community? Then why not donate it?

By donating your old car you not only help a community group but you could also be eligible to claim a tax deduction on your income tax return. Please contact your Tax Accountant for further advice.

Diversitat – You Turn Trade

Where/How you can Donate: contact Diversitat on (03) 5277 1710 or youturntrade@diversitat.org.au to organise your donation.
What happens with your donation: all vehicles donated will be used within the You Turn Trade training programs, supporting young people aged 15-19 years, located in North Geelong. The program provides hands-on, real workshop experience and training for students in the areas of mechanics, panel-beating and spray-painting.

Kids Under Cover

Where/How you can Donate:Simply register you car for donation via their website or call 1800 801 633 for further information.

What happens with your donation: All you need to is fill in the online donation form or call 1800 801 633 if you wish to receive a donation form in the mail. Once you have completed the form, Kids Under Cover will call you to arrange the collection of your car. All donated cars are sold at a public auction and 100% of the sale of your car goes towards preventing youth homelessness by building homes and providing scholarships and mentors to homeless and at-risk young people. They collect also boats, motorbikes, vans, trucks and caravans. All donations are tax deductible, no matter what condition the vehicle is in.
