Since our inception, Peirson Services has been dedicated to providing free counselling and intervention services to those who need them most, regardless of their circumstances.

In 2024, we provided 9,200 hours of counselling and 1,179 hours of youth engagement support to help children, young people, and families navigate mental health challenges, family difficulties, and life’s many obstacles. Yet, the demand for our services continues to grow.

Last year, we had to turn away 44% of those seeking access to our services—that’s the equivalent of two full-time counsellors needed to meet the demand. Last year, 112 people remained on our waiting lists for our programs and counselling services.
