Perup: Nature's Guesthouse

Support the future of Perup: Nature’s Guesthouse

Perup: Nature's Guesthouse is a unique place where an abundance of rare, threatened and endangered wildlife can be observed. Western ring-tail possum, numbat, woylie, chudich and Tammar wallaby, along with several other species can be seen in the grounds around the Guesthouse or on one of the walk trails.  Apart from providing an opportunity to view rare and threatened wildlife in their natural habitat, the accommodation facility was designed for minumum impact living. After more than three decades of ownership and management by the Parks and Wildlife Services, the Blackwood Basin Group took over management of the facility in 2007.  The Blackwood Basin Group is a non-profit, community-based organisation that co-ordinates environmental management within the Blackwood River middle catchment and the Shire of Boyup Brook.  The goal of the Blackwood Basin Group is to work in partnership with the community to manage landcare issues and to maintain the balance between environmental protection, cultural diversity and economic productivity.  By making a donation, you are contributing to the success and future of Perup: Nature's Guesthouse and directly supporting landcare and the environment.
