Phoenix House provides early intervention and support services for young people living in Sydney's northern suburbs. For the past 30 years Phoenix House has provided a range of youth services to the most challenged young people and delivered life changing outcomes.

We provide a fully integrated, wrap around service model based on three key objectives:

2. Build trusting relationships with our young people for as long as they need us

Our programs and services include:

• Counselling - for young people and their families who are at risk or are living out of their family home
• Living skills programs - pre employment and education programs supporting our most challenged young people to achieve education and career goals, develop confidence and independence
• Practical assistance - supporting at risk young people to gain financial independence, provision of suitable clothing for job interviews of for new job starters
• Flexible education - provision of courses to meet the needs of young people who have left school or are at risk of leaving school early enabling them to re-engage with formal education and training
• Tutoring and study groups - providing a safe and quiet place to study with targeted support
• Social activities - regular lunches and evenings providing a nutritious meal, haircuts, massages and a variety of creative activities
• Work readiness programs - supporting young people to gain and retain employment through mentoring, workplace experience and other support services
