Sweet Pickles came into our care after being found by a member of a public. The vet hospital that assessed him initially found that he was in pain from a broken right arm. Due to the high impact required to cause such a horrible fracture, we suspect that he was hit by a car. Based on the radiographs, the fracture appears irreparable, and thus the recommendation from the vet at this time is to undergo orthopaedic surgery to amputate the leg. 

Despite everything he’s been through, he’s still gentle and trusting, purring through his treatments and soaking up every bit of love he can get. To give him the happy, pain-free life he deserves, Pickles urgently needs surgery. Without this surgery, he’ll face a lifetime of discomfort and suffering.
