Raywood Primary School is about to commence construction of a stadium sized multi-user facility within the school grounds. We have received funding of $150,000 from the Federal Government and local government support of $10,000. The school has raised a further $12,000. The school requires a further $70,000 to enable connection of an upgraded power supply, suitable flooring and electrical lighting and safety requirements. The district currently has no such sporting facility and relies on a small 1970s "Town Hall". Raywood is a drought affected village with a huge need for sporting and cultural facilities such as this for its district community.
How will the funds be used?
To enable the completion of the building to be a functioning provision for the school and community. The district has virtually exhausted its ability to further raise funds due to the downturn in the farming sector
Key Areas of Expenditure
