Hobart Refugee Supporter Groups
Members from 4 Anglican Churches across Hobart have come together to form 2 Community Supporter Groups (part of the CRISP program, for further information see the website) who will welcome and support one refugee family each during their first 12 months in Australia. Funds raised will go towards initial settlement costs including temporary housing, furnishing a longer term rental property, providing appropriate food and clothing for the first few weeks, and purchase of school uniforms and other school related items as needed.
