Please donate to the Sydney Rotary YES! scholarships project and help us support more young leaders in PCYC programs across NSW

The Rotary Club of Sydney created YES! scholarships in 2021 to celebrate our 100th anniversary and to reaffirm our focus on youth support. Police Citizens Youth Clubs began as a partnership between the police and the Rotary Club of Sydney in 1937.  Supporting underprivileged youth remains an important cause for us and for all Rotarians.

Scholarships are announced during NSW Youth Week annually in March. Our fundraising deadline is 1st February so we can know how many scholarships to award.

What are YES! scholarships?

• YES! scholarships are for young people aged 14 to 18
• Applicants are recommended by the local PCYC and applications are assessed by members from the Rotary Club of Sydney
• Recipients each receive up to $3,000 to be applied over 12 months to further their specific areas of interest in
  
     -  Sports
     -  Education
     -  The Arts, or
     -  The Environment
  
  
• Currently 8 YES! scholarships are available: 4 in regional NSW and 4 in metropolitan Sydney – with more funding the program can be expanded

Your tax-deductible donation to the YES! scholarship project will help a young person make their ambition a reality!
