The Southern Highlands Suicide Prevention Program Inc. aims to provide community education around the issues of suicide and mental illness to raise awareness, decrease stigma and improve access to treatment and services in the rural region of Wingecarribee Shire in NSW.

Project undertaken by the program include, mental health peer-group activities to reduce social isolation such as gardening, counselling for those bereaved by suicide, suicide prevention workshops and seminars and the development of resources such as 'Cry for Help' cards and a website specifically for finding online information & accessing services that are located in the South Western Sydney area of NSW where Wingecarribee is located.

Donations to the Program will be used to maintain, host and update the online directory and fund education and group activities.
