The Stand Like Stone Foundation, established in 2004, is a dynamic community foundation serving the Limestone Coast (in the South East of South Australia). We are seeking donations from the community to grow our funds so we can support charitable projects and organisations benefitting the Limestone Coast and also offers educational scholarships to students with a connection to the Limestone Coast.
When a donor makes a gift to Stand Like Stone for which he or she wants a tax deduction, the gift must be deposited into the Public Fund. The income from this fund can only be used to make grants to organisations that have deductible gift recipient status (DGR) for example hospitals, school building funds and public benevolent institutions.
