Dharma Care's annual Winter Warmer Homelessness Relief Campaign achieved remarkable success in addressing homelessness and social isolation in Byron and Tweed Shire through the collaborative efforts of local partner organisations. Provided essential support to individuals facing homelessness and economic hardship; delivered a comprehensive range of aid that improved their immediate well-being and access to critical resources.

Services across Byron and Tweed are seeing surging in need:
* Freds Place (Tweed Heads) continues to serve breakfast to more than 100 people per day and is helping many people displaced from Queensland with tents and warm bedding.
* Pottsville Beach Neighbourhood Centre is overwhelmed by families and single mothers priced out of housing, handing out sleeping bags and crisis supplies daily.
* Fletcher Street Cottage (Byron Bay) has now seen 36,000+ visits, launched a vital new Women’s Space, and continues to provide meals, care, and connection to hundreds each month.
* Murwillumbah Community Centre worked with over 3000 people last year providing support, care, food, homeless supplies and links to specialist services.
