For over 40 years, South Port Community Housing Group (SPCHG) have provided long term, safe and secure housing to singles most in need. We currently house 380 individuals from the lowest income groups in 50 properties across South Melbourne, Port Melbourne, St. Kilda, Prahran, Elsternwick and Malvern East.
Priority allocation of housing is given to people from the local area to help retain important networks of supports and connections to their community.
