What is Story Dogs? 

Story Dogs is a reading support program free for primary school children. Students read to a trained dog and its handler. Dogs are non judgmental, loving reading partners, so the children's confidence and reading skills grow.

The non-judgmental, loving nature of dogs gives this program its magic. Children relax, open up, try harder and have fun reading to a friendly, calm dog.

All funds raised go directly towards putting more dog teams into schools and thus helping more disadvantaged children learn to read.
