Patan Community Based Rehabilitation www.patancbr.org is a Nepalese not-for-profit provider of disability support, education, and rehabilitation for children with disabilities. Established in 1995, they began with just 60 children and now provide services to over 1700 clients.

Donations received will help to provide services for the children and their families including:

1. a school and physiotherapy clinic for children with disabilities,
2. a day care centre for children with multiple disabilities,
3. an outreach service to Village Development Committees,
4. home visiting, including in outlying rural villages,
5. community disability awareness programs,
6. vocational skills training and development

ON-Q Human Resources www.onqhr.com.au is an Australian community based charity with the purpose of helping disabled and disadvantaged people. ON-Q extends this mission offshore through its partnership with Patan CBR.
