South West Sydney Legal Centre

Every year thousands of people and their families in South West Sydney experience some form of hardship because they can't afford a lawyer to help them resolve their legal problems. This includes women experiencing domestic violence, pensioners who can't afford fines, men and women who have been unfairly dismissed from their jobs and people from non English speaking backgrounds who don't know what their rights are.

What do we do?

  • We provides free legal advice to people who cannot afford a lawyer
  • We educate people about their legal rights
  • We advocate for changes to laws that are unfair
  • We help women and children to escape domestic violence and live safe, independent lives

What can you do?

You can help make a difference to the lives of people in need by giving a gift.
