About this cause

Welcome to The Parsifal Project, a community of people working together out of a vision of connectedness - to Nature, to each other and to the sacred in our lives. Since 2022, we have hosted online workshops and creative developments which enabled a theatre script based on a Middle Ages legend by Wolfram von Eschenbach.

For information of our journey so far with award-winning UK playwright Peter Oswald & our creative team, click here:

Our planned World Premiere & season of the theatre production is April 26th- 4th May 2025, to take place in The Living Arts Centre, Mount Barker Waldorf School, South Australia.

As part of our outreach into the global community, we are offering the opportunity for theatre practitioners, lovers of poetry and Nature carers to work on and share an excerpt from the script. This will be recited in various locations on Sunday 20th April 2025.

This recitation may be a part of a gathering, an event, a sacred celebration, or simply done alone. We offer it to enhance whatever you are actively pursuing at this special time and to seed potential creative/regenerative initiatives. Prior to the sharing we will connect those participating via Zoom to learn about each other and our work.

All online donations are gratefully received and will contribute towards professional artist fees. The theatre production is open access to enable engagement regardless of financial status of participants. Our vision is to engender hope for young people and our communities so they can activate positive change. We currently have four young people as part of our ensemble (18 members in total plus musicians), and anticipate more will join us in the near future.

To join the speech chorus opportunity, email Jo-anne Sarre via quill@inkpot.com.au and she will provide a pdf of the text.
