Since 1872, independent housing provider The Cottage Homes has been delivering affordable rental accommodation for vulnerable ageing South Australians, who have limited housing choices and face the risk of homelessness. Currently housing over 130 residents in metropolitan Adelaide, The Cottage Homes provides safe, secure and affordable housing, in community settings for older people who are able to live independently. But demand is outstripping supply. With a long and growing waiting list, more housing is urgently needed, and The Cottage Homes needs your assistance.
