The Culture Project is a movement of young Australians choosing genuine love and life. We run an immersion program for university graduates and give presentations in schools, helping young people to discover their dignity and to choose love and life in their relationships.
Youth and young adults, have told us “now I know my life is worth living”, "[now] I love who I am", and "I've changed how I see others and myself". These reactions are not outliers: having tried what society offers us when it comes to love, and found it wanting, young people have journeyed with us as they have discovered their worth, chosen love over use, quit addictions and embraced life from the brink of despair. This is the tenth year of The Culture Project and the beginning of a new phase in the mission. So far, our ministry has reached over 20,700 young people in presentations and workshops and we want to reach many more.
We have just relaunched our mission after a three year break, and have taken our new team of young adult leaders through four weeks of intensive summer formation. We have led them through key material on the interior life, masculinity and femininity, the nature of authentic love, theology of the body, self-knowledge and outreaching. This period of growth and self knowledge is key to the activities they are now undertaking in young adult groups and in schools.
We would love to invite you to partner with us in training these young adults with this crucial formation. The cost of this training was $17,700. There are different levels at which you could partner with us by supporting an entire leader's formation, a week's formation for a leader, a day's formation, or their food costs across a day or a week. All administrative costs are funded seperately, so all support goes directly to making this summer intensive possible through funding food, accommodation, and expert trainers.
