THE SIXTH CHILD - ABOUT US
The Sixth Child (formerly SANCSS) was established in 2015 to support the 1 in 6 children in Australia living in disadvantaged circumstances. The organisation's work spans educational resources, health and recreation programs, cultural outreach, social justice advocacy and disaster relief, with a focus on providing targeted help for the specific needs of each community. thesixthchildthesixthchild
The Sixth Child is entirely volunteer run, keeping administration costs as low as possible so the highest value of every contribution goes directly to the work at hand. Every donation helps give a disadvantaged child a happier, fuller life.
WISHES - ABOUT US
Wishes is the philanthropic arm of Travel + Leisure Co. and a registered charity with The Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission. Entirely volunteer-driven, our fundraising efforts are managed by a dedicated committee of Travel + Leisure employees—allowing us to donate 100% of the funds raised directly to our partner charities.
Since our inception in 2009, we’ve proudly raised over $800,000 to support a range of charitable organisations, with a focus on improving the lives of children and their families.
