Celebrating 60 Years of Service
In April 2027, the Tewantin Noosa Lions Club will celebrate 60 years of community service. Since our charter in 1967, we have donated more than $2.4 million to the community, including over $50,000 to good causes in 2025/26.

Why We Need Your Help
To keep delivering services into the future, we need to refresh and renew the resources that support our projects. Our food trailers are now 25 and 30 years old, and our Clubhouse is no longer suitable as a practical and inclusive hub for community service activities. With grants, sponsorship and community support, we aim to fund the following priorities:

• Purchase a new food trailer to replace the two ageing trailers, helping the Club better serve the community and improve operating conditions for members.
• Remodel the existing Clubhouse, known as the Den, into a more functional and inclusive community hub for meetings, project activities, catering preparation and service events.

The Challenge: 60kms Over Three Days
To kick-off fundraising, Lions are ready to “walk the talk” with a challenging 60km sponsored walk from Mooloolaba to the Club’s Den/hub in Tewantin. The walk will take place over three days, with the team covering approximately 20km each day. Lion Steve will lead the way with his four-month-old replacement knee, joined by a team of Lions and supporters. Please see the schedule overleaf for the indicative three-day itinerary.
