Touched By Olivia established in 2006, works towards creating inclusive communities on a local and national level across Australia. We exist because we believe in a world where inclusion is the norm, and not the exception, and that truly inclusive communities lead to healthier and happier people.  Our work focuses on delivering inclusion through the creation of inclusive places and programs.  We have created a network of over 46 inclusive playspaces around Australia, called Livvi's Place, we employ people with disabilities to run Storytime at 2 of our Livvi's Places, we operate a social enterprise cafe called Livvi's Cafe where we offer disability employment and work experience, which will be expanding to The LIVVIng Room complete with community hub, and we are rolling out a model called Community Circles where we connect people with support from within their community network to help them live a better life. So in short, our work focuses on combatting mental health issues, social isolation and the barriers that prevent us from being a truly inclusive community.
