Touching Base is seeking funds to develop our capacities to assist people with disability to access the services of sex workers.
Touching Base believes that people with disability have an intrinsic right to sexual expression. This right includes having relationships, having sex, and to explore and express their sexuality and achieve intimacy with dignity and privacy, without personal or systemic barriers.
Touching Base assists disabled people and sex workers to connect with each other, focusing on access, discrimination, human rights and legal issues and the attitudinal barriers that these two marginalised communities can face.
