Tranby National Indigenous Adult Education & Training

Celebrating our 60th Birthday, Tranby is Australia's oldest not-for-profit educational provider, delivering free, quality education to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples from across Australia.

All donations go directly towards providing educational facilities and providing direct support to Indigenous Australians.

We seek to empower the lives of our people and build strong communities through quality education and sustainable practices.

Our purpose is clear: educate, achieve, and empower.

Tranby also provides first class venue hire facilities and a hot desk office to provide services and experiences to all Australians from in and around Glebe in Sydney's Inner West, to all across Australia. Tranby has a rich history of social impact and change which visitors can immerse themselves in when on campus. All profits from these services are directly reinvested into providing better facilities for our Indigenous adult learners.

Tranby is an independent, not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity. We are a co-operative, run by our members, and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Tranby currently has no recurrent government funding and our funding is limited to servicing students in NSW only.  Our vision is clear: To provide FREE education to Indigenous adults Australia wide.

You can be safe in the knowledge that your generous contribution is an investment in the next 60 years of Tranby, and the provision of education to build a stronger future for Indigenous Communities and their future generations.
