The Northern Rivers region of NSW is experiencing some of the worst flooding it has ever seen and the community needs your assistance. Lismore is facing the highest floodwaters ever recorded there and for nearby cities and towns, it's already the worst it's been in decades.
Many have been evacuated already, while others are stranded by flood waters awaiting assistance from the already overwhelmed State Emergency Service. Homes, vehicles and livestock have been lost.
Vinnies will be providing food, household goods and other everyday necessities to people who have been evacuated from their homes or are impacted by the floods.
