In Australia, a child is sexually abused every two hours.  WA Child Safety Services aims to educate and empower children, parents/carers, and professionals to prevent child abuse and enhance personal safety.

With your help we can:

• work individually with children who have experienced abuse to help prevent re-victimisation
• educate children and young people about how to respond to potentially unsafe/abusive situations
• provide training workshops to professionals to equip them with the skills to educate and empower children and young people about abuse prevention
• work with parents/carers to build their knowledge and confidence in teaching their children protective behaviours
