Warrigunya is an Aboriginal-led not-for-profit in Gippsland, creating housing, healing, and hope for Aboriginal men returning to community after prison.
From the start, Warrigunya has been guided by Aboriginal voices. Men at Fulham Correctional Centre helped choose the name and design of the facility, ensuring the project reflects their needs and aspirations.
On 20 acres of Country at Darriman, Warrigunya will provide safe housing for 3–12 months, alongside self-determined support plans that help men set and achieve their goals. Here, participants can:
