Wundirra Community & Consultancy Services is a proudly Aboriginal, women-led organisation supporting women impacted by violence, systemic harm, child removal, incarceration and other complex systems.

Our name, Wundirra, means “to stand in one’s own light” in Wiradjuri language. It reflects our belief that every woman holds strength, wisdom and leadership within herself, and that healing and change are most powerful when they are community-led, culturally grounded and driven by self-determination.

We use transformative justice, healing-centred engagement and matriarchal leadership to build the capability and capacity of women impacted by systems so they can stand in their own light. Through healing initiatives, leadership development, advocacy, mentoring, community programs and systems change work, we create opportunities for women to heal, grow, lead and thrive.
