As a refugee-led organisation supporting refugees, asylum seekers, humanitarian entrants and their families in Australia, and related communities in developing countries, to find a peaceful home, we do this by:

• Engaging with vulnerable communities, understanding their needs and targeting support
• Connecting communities, supporting family reunion, and building networks and collaborating with service providers and other NGOs
• Assisting by building capacity, facilitating and providing services and assistance, and supporting access to services and funding
• Advocating for policy, regulatory and other reform to communicate needs and services required, fostering financial and other supports, facilitating access to advocates in specific cases, and raising public awareness
• Investing in our people, processes and systems, and attracting diverse funding, to ensure we are efficient, effective, accountable, sustainable and exceed expectations.
