Rural Health Tasmania Inc. was developed as a means to responding to unmet health and well-being needs of the community. Since then we have expanded our health and well being services to the Waratah/Wynyard, West Coast, King Island, Ulverstone and Kentish communities. We focus our programs and services on a range of chronic conditions and health and well-being issues identified as social determinants of health within the community. To deliver effective services and outcomes, Rural Health Tasmania appreciates the support of philathropists and donation from the community. Services are developed and delivered with a focus on empowering individuals, families and communities and breaking the generative cycle of poor health, poverty and disadvantage.
