We've partnered with CALD2LEAD to raise funds to support a Cultural & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) woman leading their community to join our 2023 Women's Leadership Program.
What is the Women's Leadership Program?
The Women’s Leadership Program provides an opportunity for participants to pause and experiment, to be curious and to replenish their body and mind over a three-day residential immersive. The program brings together a group of purposeful women to work through complex leadership challenges and to build the confidence and strategies required to influence change.
This scholarship would be for the second series of our Women's Leadership Program which kicks off in November (15, 16 & 17 November, 2023)

Who is CALD2LEAD?
Here at CALD2LEAD we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. We founded CALD2LEAD in 2019 determined to make a positive impact for Cultural & Linguistically Diverse Communities. The core of our efforts is to work with CALD communities and fund women who are emerging as leaders or already exercising leadership into high calibre leadership and board development programs via scholarships.
To date we have co funded multiple scholarships for Leadership Victoria (LV) programs & are looking to deepen this relationship over the coming year with a view to offering more opportunities and access to LV programs for women in CALD communities.
A number of our board are LV alum and we are delighted to be able to partner with LV to offer this scholarship opportunity and a fully funded place in the November 2023 intake of 'The Women's Leadership Program' residential retreat for a woman who is actively leading within the Cultural & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community.
