Moving to Wellness is a Mental Health Forum for the community and health professionals. Talks will cover common mental health topics delivered by experts in the field. The event aims to educate the community in addition to those working in the health profession on challenging mental health conditions and neurodiversity. All funds raised from the event will support vulnerable communities in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and Malaysia through the charity HOPE worldwide.
Talks will be held in the main auditorium (Monash Univeristy, Caufield K309). Saturday and Sunday July 4-5th from 1pm-4:30pm.
Seating capacity of 450. The foyer will have a mental health resource tables set up with opportunity to learn about services and to talk to health experts. The event can also be viewed online via livestream (see www.givenow.com.au/event/358).
Light lunch provided (sponsored). From 12:30pm. Opportunity to network and access mental health resources (sponsored by Headspace and SEMPHN).
