This popular group program features 8 x weekly classes specifically designed for over 55's using a mix of strength and low impact cardio. 

Run by expert facilitator, Lisa Mitchell, this class is welcoming, safe and focused on helping you move well, stay independent and feel strong in everyday life it begins on Tuesday 28 April 2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Class dates include:
