Run by qualified Art Therapist & Counsellor from Beyond Words Art Therapy, Bernice Wolford. Each 1.5-hour session flows through guided meditation and mindfulness into creative activities using drawing, painting, and collage. The emphasis is on the process of creating, self-expression, and caring for your emotional wellbeing, rather than on artistic skill or outcomes. We will engage through self-reflection and sharing, supporting connection, insight, and personal meaning-making in a safe and supportive environment.
The group is run as a closed program over six weeks, allowing trust, continuity, and a sense of community to grow. This is a space to slow down, nurture yourself, and explore your inner world through creativity; a chance to care for your mind, body, and spirit while connecting with other women.
