Kitten Cove Paint & Sip — Terms & Conditions
1. Event Participation
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Kitten Cove Paint & Sip event, participants agree to follow all venue rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines throughout the session. Attendance is restricted to individuals aged 18+ due to the presence of alcohol.
2. Animal Interaction
Guests must handle kittens gently and respectfully. Rough play, disruptive behaviour, or actions that may stress or endanger the animals are strictly prohibited. Staff may limit or end kitten interactions at any time for animal welfare.
3. Alcohol Consumption
Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption. All attendees must comply with applicable liquor laws, including responsible drinking and transport regulations. Intoxicated behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
4. Health & Safety
Participants acknowledge that interaction with animals carries inherent risks, including minor scratches or allergic reactions. Guests with known allergies or sensitivities should take appropriate precautions. Kitten Cove is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Art Materials & Personal Property
All provided art materials must be used responsibly. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Kitten Cove is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
6. Photography & Media
Guests may take personal photos during the event, provided animals are not distressed by flash or noise. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded by staff for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing before the event begins.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non‑refundable except in cases of event cancellation by Kitten Cove. Transfers to another session may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
8. Behaviour & Removal
Kitten Cove reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Liability Waiver
By attending, participants release Kitten Cove, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, except where required by Australian consumer law.
