This litter cleanup is in the closed area of the marine sanctuary reserve above Wader Beach. Managed by Parks Victoria, the area suffers accumulating rubbish washed in from the bay, including drink bottles, bait packaging and other jetsam and flotsam.

We will have access to the area with approval of Parks Victoria, which gives us the opportunity to collect rubbish as well as checking out the birdlife in this restricted access beach.

Meet at the normally locked Wader Beach entrance gate opposite 17 Crofton Drive, Williamstown.
