Ticketing & Entry: Please bring a digital or printed copy of your ticket confirmation for entry at the door. Tickets are non-transferable unless arranged prior to the event.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling by the organizer.
Photography & Media: Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional and community purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform an event staff member upon arrival.
