Sadly, there is a growing hidden epidemic of loneliness and isolation in our community. Nonetheless, Hornsby Connect is not just about food, as important as that is, but also about providing a safe place where people are able to come together to talk, socialise and feel part of a community. 

People are coming to us in record numbers with multiple and complex issues, with unemployment at the forefront as well as mental health. Hornsby Connect service expansion is critical in helping to meet this ever-growing demand.
