Supporter benefits
While the heart of The Little Village Project is shared responsibility and collective action, we also offer small tokens of appreciation to thank our supporters and keep them connected to the impact they help create. These benefits are not rewards, but invitations to feel part of the journey and celebrate the difference we are making together.

These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between The Little Village Project (the Event Organiser) and the sponsoring organisation or business (“the Sponsor”) supporting Under the Village Lights.
1. Sponsorship Agreement
1.1 By confirming sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Sponsorship benefits and recognition will be as outlined in the selected sponsorship package provided by The Little Village Project.
1.3 Sponsorship payments are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6 (Event Cancellation).
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Sponsorship fees must be paid in full by the date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Sponsorship benefits will only be activated once payment is received.
3. Sponsor Benefits & Recognition
3.1 Sponsors will receive all benefits detailed in the sponsorship package, including brand visibility, acknowledgements, and event participation opportunities.
3.2 The Little Village Project will make every effort to deliver agreed benefits but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as audience numbers, media coverage, or fundraising totals.
3.3 Sponsors must provide logos, promotional materials, or other assets by the requested deadlines to ensure inclusion in promotional activities.
4. Sponsor Responsibilities
4.1 Sponsors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their branding materials and that such materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
4.2 Sponsors agree not to use the Event in ways that conflict with the mission, values, or reputation of The Little Village Project.
5. Use of Name and Logo
5.1 The Sponsor grants The Little Village Project permission to use its name, logo, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of recognising sponsorship of Under the Village Lights.
5.2 The Sponsor may use The Little Village Project and Under the Village Lights names and logos in their own marketing only with prior written approval.
6. Event Cancellation or Changes
6.1 If Under the Village Lights is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of The Little Village Project, the Sponsor may choose to:
receive a full refund of sponsorship fees, or
transfer the sponsorship to a rescheduled or comparable event.
6.2 If the Sponsor cancels after payment, no refund will be provided.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 The Little Village Project accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Sponsor or its representatives at the Event except as required by law.
7.2 Sponsors are responsible for arranging any insurance coverage they require.
8. Compliance with Laws
8.1 Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules while participating in the Event.
9. Termination
9.1 The Little Village Project reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship if the Sponsor engages in conduct likely to damage the reputation of the Event or the organisation.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
