Louis Joel Arts & Community (LJAC) is the trading name of Hobsons Bay Community Advancement Co-operative Ltd (HBCAC). We are a not-for-profit registered charity and membership is a requirement of the HBCAC constitution.

Sustaining and growing our programs, including the Louis Joel Gallery, relies on donations, grants and participant fees. In 2025 we celebrate 20 years of serving the community! Being an active member helps us to keep LJAC going for the continued wellbeing and enjoyment of you and others in the community, provides evidence of our impact and reach to Council and other funding bodies, and also allows you to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
