PLEASE NOTE: to be elegible for membership, the LWA Management Committee must formally approve your membership application and you agree to support the mission of the organisation.

Membership Terms and Conditions – Logan Wildlife Association
1. Membership Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals (16+ years of age) + businesses who support our mission and agree to these terms. We are currently working on a children's Junior Ranger Program (so stay tuned).

2. Membership Period:
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

3. Non-Refundable Fees:
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian consumer law, or by exceptional circumstaces. Please contact admin@loganwildlife.com.au to discuss.

4. Non-Transferable:
Memberships cannot be transferred to another person or organisation.

5. Member Conduct:
Members must follow our Code of Conduct and act respectfully and uphold the values of Logan Wildlife Association. Behaviour that harms our reputation, wildlife, volunteers, or community may result in cancellation.

6. Event Participation:
Access to events and activities may require registration and are subject to capacity, safety requirements, and LWA policies.

7. Privacy and Communication:
By joining, members consent to receiving updates, news, and communication related to LWA activities. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Membership:
LWA reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, or terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

9. Termination:
LWA may suspend or cancel membership if terms are breached or behaviour conflicts with LWA’s values or safety requirements. This is determined by the LWA Management Committee.
