Returning to exercise after having a baby involves so much more than just getting the “all clear” at your 6-week check-up. While that appointment is an important milestone, there are many factors to consider before jumping straight back into exercise.
In this 6-Week foundations course, we’ll focus on slowing things down and rebuilding from the inside out. Together, we’ll work on creating a strong foundation through breath connection, core and pelvic floor awareness, and gradual strength building, helping you return to movement safely, confidently, and in a way that supports your body for the long term.
