In this course we explore Peri Menopause & the Menopause from an Ayurvedic perspective.
Why do some women experiences some symptoms and not others? How do the elements play a part in this?
We then look at the various types of yoga practices that can support the various symptoms. We also look at how menopause is also a positive transition and explore the benefits it brings.
Through this course women can make sense of what their symptoms are and what would be the most supportive practices for ongoing management to find ease in their wellbeing.
